A brand new Estate Planning firm in Florida with a boot strap budget contacted us to help build a social media presence that would immediately increase traffic to their site. They had already contacted dozens of marketing companies who promised the world but didnt offer transparent pricing.
We created a one-year plan of action which included Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Google Business Profile, TikTok, Snapchat and Youtube.
Our plan of action was simple and straightforward.
We focused on creating a single brand for the firm and Managing Attorney by using many of their existing assets including logos, banners, biographies and images.
Once we had the raw data, we used our AI engine to create content and assets, a Juris Doctor reviewed each piece of content for bar compliance and edited any data that needed editing.
We used our in-house technology to create a calendar of action for posting these assets to various social media profiles. The listings, content, keywords and schedule for posting was optimized so that the most users would actually see the content.
We also created custom branding for static content on the social media profiles (Facebook Cover, etc), we then repeated this process for “reel,” type media to double the content so we can cover both static and non-static viewers (think those who look at a Instagram Page versus someone who scrolls through Instagram Reels).
Within the first month, the firm saw a massive increase in traffic and inbound calls.
- The total output for the first year for this firm will be Zero. Yep, you read that right…it won’t cost this firm a single penny for our services.
- The firm owner will spend less than one hour total for setup. They will have zero additional time commitments on their end – the partner will save over 6 hours per month.
- Our service posts at least two times a week on their social media profiles using our in-house technology.
- All content is ABA and FL Bar compliant. Each asset is reviewed by a Juris Doctor prior to publication.
- All assets are transferred ownership, meaning the firm/client owns it…not us.
- All assets are created using royalty paid, commercial license conditions. Our license allows us to transfer ownership.
Numbers don’t lie, here is the Facebook report for only 9 posts from June 1, 2023 through June 28, 2023.

We are the leading social media marketing firm for small and solo law firms, healthcare providers and financial consultants.
The problem with social media is that it may not bring you drastic increases in revenue but the lack of social media negatively affects your service based business.
- In today’s digital age, social media is an essential tool for businesses of all sizes, including law firms. Not having a social media presence can negatively affect your law firm in a number of ways, including:
- Reduced visibility and reach. Without a social media presence, your law firm is invisible to potential clients who are searching for legal services online. According to a study by the Pew Research Center, 72% of Americans use social media to get news and information, and 62% use it to find businesses.
- Missed opportunities to connect with potential clients. Social media is a great way to connect with potential clients and build relationships. You can use social media to share your expertise, answer questions, and provide value to your audience. This can help you build trust and credibility, and ultimately lead to more clients.
- Lack of credibility and authority. In today’s world, people are more likely to trust businesses that have a strong online presence. If your law firm doesn’t have a social media presence, it may be seen as less credible and authoritative than businesses that do.
- Negative impact on search engine ranking. Google and other search engines take social media signals into account when ranking websites in search results. This means that law firms with a strong social media presence are more likely to rank higher in search results than law firms without a social media presence.
If you’re not already using social media for your law firm, I encourage you to start today. It’s a great way to connect with potential clients, build relationships, and boost your credibility.
You don’t need to pay anyone to create and manage your social media presence, the fact remains…social media is free and building your presence only takes time. Most service providers just don’t have the time to manage their own profiles. From creating content to posting content at specific times throughout the month takes time and energy. In fact we figure it takes even a tech savvy service provider such as a lawyer to take anywhere between five and seven hours a month of billable time.
Now let’s do the math, five hours a month multiplied by the hourly billing rate of $275 (average for a lawyer), comes to over $1300 per month.
You do the math, it’s cheaper to outsource it to us.
